Clinicians and therapists,

Continue your journey toward meaningful and impactful clinical work

My approach

Authenticity

I will show up to meet you, human-to-human, wherever you are in your process, from licensure application to test preparation. Bringing our true selves to the the therapeutic relationship is imperative to the process of therapy as well as the supervision relationship.

Ethics

Professionalism and core Social Work values with always be the foundation of our time together. You WILL experience ethical dilemmas and we will navigate them together throughout the supervision process.

Non-judgement

There are no dumb questions. The experience you gain through practicing clinical work and participating in ongoing professional supervision with open discussion is where learning and growth happen.

Education

I am passionate about learning, especially when new research and approaches to treatment have the potential to support our clients. It’s important to me that I impart any knowledge I have to the next generation of clinicians and guide them to finding their own knowledge paths.

Intentionality

When working clinically, we can almost guarantee that one day is never the same as the next. However, our sessions together will have structure, purpose, and goals to ensure you are MORE than prepared for independent clinical work in the future

Competence

I would not claim to have firsthand experience of every situation you may encounter in your clinical roles. But, I WILL commit to taking every measure available to help you navigate your many roles and admit when additional expertise is required to meet your needs.

  • Areas of expertise: Trauma in children and adults including single incident, PTSD, and complex attachment trauma; Female issues including relationships, parenting, and motherhood; Couples and family relationship dynamics; and Financial Therapy. I am certified in EMDR treatment through EMDRIA.
